UberChic Beauty recently release a new mini stamping plate and 2 new stamping polishes… and they’re olive themed!! Olives are my favourite food, and I adore anything olive themed/olive coloured, so I was beyond excited when I saw this collection!

Let’s start with swatches of the 2 polishes…

A bright olive shade. I love green polishes, and I don’t own nearly enough green stamping polishes, so I was so happy to add this to my collection! Olive You is super opaque and stamps perfectly, even over dark bases.

A dark olive shade, which is really unique—I don’t own any shades similar to this (stamping or normal). It’s a great alternative to more traditional dark stamping shades like blacks, greys, and browns.

These 2 polishes are the perfect duo, they compliment each other perfectly when used together!

This was my first time trying any stamping polishes from UberChic Beauty, and I was really impressed. They stamp beautifully, are super opaque, and they were an absolute pleasure to use.

Now, onto the plate…

This mini plate is full of adorable olive-themed images and sayings. I am obsessed with it! There are designs perfect for reverse stamping, layering, mix and match manis, and all of the designs work as great accent nail options! I love this plate so much, and it’s now one of my all-time favourites!!

Today I have swatches of four gorgeous polishes from Earthy Nail Polish to share with you!

A gorgeous burgundy red holo polish, perfect for the winter season and Christmas. This is the first time I've ever used a red holo polish, so I was really excited to try it... and it didn't disappoint! It was really opaque and had a beautiful glossy finish.

A stunning pine green holo polish that I absolutely adore. If you're like me and tend to lean slightly towards green polishes during the winter/holiday months over reds, then you'll love this polish! Like Holo Berry is was super opaque and had a gorgeous glossy finish.

Now, onto the two new plates...

This mini plate SPEAKS TO MY SOUL! My ideal day is a day spent in bed with a hot beverage and a book, so it's as if this plate was made me for. It's a perfect winter-themed stamping plate. If you're looking for a cozy plate to use this winter, this is a must!

My favourite kind of plates are ones with images that I can reverse stamp (I love colouring in reverse stamped designs so much!)... and this plate has loads! I was so excited when I saw this plate, and I was just as excited once I started using it! This is going to be my go-to plate this Christmas!

I'm back!

I haven't posted on here in FOREVER... but now I'm back, and I have some gorgeous indie polishes to show you today!

Polychroma Polish kindly sent me 4 of their polishes to swatch, and I wanted to share my swatches with you on here!

If you haven't heard of Polychroma Polish, they are a UK indie brand and they have a growing selection of beautiful polishes. Plus, their polishes are vegan, cruelty-free, and 10-free!

I love the name, I love the base shade, I love the flakes. I love everything about this polish. Do You Want to Play Video Games is a mint green crelly polish with magenta, gold and green shifting flakies. It was opaque in 2 coats, and the flakes distributed perfectly on my nail.

Oh, and the answer to this polish's name... yes, yes I do. I ALWAYS want to play video games.

This polish is a beautiful teal shade with scattered holographic glitter. It was perfectly opaque in 2 coats, and the scattered holo looks absolutely stunning. Teal is my favourite colour, and I until I saw The Botanist, I hadn't realised I didn't own a single holographic teal polish. Now, I don't know how I ever lived without one. This is a beautiful shade to wear any time of year, and it is going to be a go-to of mine now!

Part of Polychroma Polish's Scary Tales Nails Collection, Oh My Squash is an orange crelly polish with matte black glitters. This is a beautiful orange shade, and perfect for the Halloween/Spooky season, and just fall in general. I was really impressed with this polish... often, lighter colour crellies can take 3 coats to be fully opaque, but this was completely opaque in 2 thin coats! Plus, the glitters distributed perfectly on my nail, and I didn't have to fish for the glitters! If you love orange manis this time of year, this polish is perfect.

This polish is now officially in my top 5 favourite Halloween polishes of all time! Everything about it just SCREAMS Halloween! Ectoplasmic is also part of the Scary Tales Nails Collection. It's the perfect lime green shade that reminds me of slime, and it's packed with larger matte white hex glitter, smaller matte black hex glitter, and smaller shiny red hex glitter! It applies beautifully, the glitter distributes perfectly without the need to fish for glitter, it was opaque in 2 coats, and it's the perfect combination of Halloween colours! If you're not big into nail art, but want a seriously fun mani for Halloween, polishes like this are a great and easy way of adding a flare to your nails. I love everything about this polish, and I will definitely be wearing it this Halloween!
